Technologies
In this media coursework, technologies are very important to organise and present our work. These main technologies (Blogger, Flickr) have been set online therefore the storage space is unlimited.
Blogger
Blogger is where we organise, update and present our work. First we needed to discover out initial ideas for us to go further onto our projects, blogger provided us with options which helped us modify our work in: uploading images, font/size and even spellchecker. It helped us plan our work. We had the option to update our work or even delete it. The planing section contained titles suggesting our planning, following which titles suggesting main work. The blogger helped us organise our work, in organising in different folders with separate titles indicating which work. Although blogger had a limitation. It wasn't clear when you received a comment, no indication. An improvement to this might be sending an email to the user implying that he/she has a comment on their work. Another limitation is the draft selection. Once you save as a draft it gets put into a update database which is unorganised.

Flickr
Flickr mainly presents images and notes to annotate the images. Flickr is a well own site for people updating photography work- making a portfolio online. Flickr is the best way to express your creations, in expressing how they addressing the audience to expressing their content. The website revolves around you. Having interfaces named 'You' help in guiding you around the site. This 'You' menu bar has links with the first word 'your' in front of each one. This make viewers more comfortable because the site is helping specifically you. In the production and evaluation of our projects we used flickr for closer analysis. This analysis helped us with annotations as it provides us with option notes. These notes can be placed on the image deconstructing the mise-en-scene.

Photoshop
Photoshop is the key to our productions. Photoshop is an image editor, this type of editing can provide the image with major improvements. Taking our images, we needed to make these images place into a magazine scenario. This scenario include text, graphics and structure. Photoshop is good for making our magazines have representation, this then we can deconstruct and analysis. Photoshop can enhance the image with so many different ways, all of which are contained in menu bars up the top of the programme. Benefits of photoshop are the organised software. Images and graphics on photoshop can be separated into layers, layers are a effective way of organising all of the structure of the magazine. A limitation of photoshop are for beginner users. Photoshop doesn't provide us with any step by step instructions. Ofcourse they're is a help button but this button doesn't appear effectively.

Photography and editing
Whilst taking my shots for my main imaging, I had to think how I took the shot e.g. Camera angle, composition mainly because this will be beneficial to the editing in photoshop. Text and graphics can fit around this camera shot. For my double page spread, the lighting in the shot was milky, using photoshop I modified the contrast therefore making the image slightly darker, overall reducing the milkyness.
